Cons
1.Well, here is vicious circle of senior people who don't want to take the company any where, very less projects and even though they claim to be an industrial automation company, this is actually a second class IT company with exposure to very few technologies. 2.Most of the people are locals with no experience of how a industrial automation company works and those who are getting recruited from other places they leave this company within one year. 3.Very high level of internal politics. 4.Management is totally useless and don't have courage to introspect or at-least learn from their repeated mistakes.
