Pros
Some of the duties that I performed at GF Sprague prepared me for the position I am currently in. It was a great learning experience.
Cons
For starters, I have to agree with the previous review. It is fairly difficult to work for this company as the owner is just awful. It is a very small office in which about 3-4 employees share a small space and cater to Mr. Sprague's every need. Very little room for advancement or growth. Some of the tasks delegated are absurd and are not a part of the job description. A few words to describe him are sexist, a dictator, arrogant, and moody. Unfortunately, I was in quite a few uncomfortable situations while working for Sprague and it was unbearable (to say the least) to watch how he treated my former co-workers as well. The turn over rate with this company is extremely high. Needless to say, no one wants to work for this man. Nevertheless, I ended my relationship with Sprague as it was becoming extremely toxic to my well being.
