Pros
-Good pay -Benefits -RRSP match -Overtime after 8 / double time after 11 -Get left alone most of the time -Roll off is fun!
Cons
-Pay rate is equal between all drivers which makes seniority, efficiency/proficiency and work ethics feel unrewarded. -Stretches of very long 60+ hour weeks, especially during summer. (Makes for a good paycheck if the hours don't bother you!)
