Pros
- If you enjoy not doing anything at the workplace for some undefined time then it may be a good place to work. - GFT offices are in a relative good area (near Hospital Ramón y Cajal Madrid) with good publit transport links. Most of the time you will be working in the client offices and then the actual work place can be a different location.
Cons
- They signed 15 juniors at the same time to give an initial one month training course (you were paid during this course) and then you wait for openings in a project. This can soon or more than 3 months without working. When 6 months passed, some juniors were not needed and in the final day of the 6-month training period contract they fired without previous advice.
