Pros
Good clients, good projects, multinational company, not a bad salary.. There is good projects also inside the company, good ideas.
Cons
In Brazil it is a branch that has the wrong people in the administration. The company could grow more, increase the salaries, hire more people, get new projects, but they are locked in the past! And another point is that they say in every single meeting that one of policies and strong point is the transfer/exchange of people abroad between other branches. This never happened.
