Really strong engineering team. The "Learn by Doing" company value is lived daily, which is refreshing to see as an engineer. You're encouraged to try new things and the teams are open to supporting your ideas. There are many experienced engineers that will help train new employees on what has been done in the past, without shutting down different ways of doing things. Competitive pay and benefits. The company as a whole has a good track record for adapting to new technologies and work environments.
Cons
New business is stretching the current team and work/life balance. GHSP needs to identify and hire new talent to continue to allow for the current team to operate effectively.
