CEO micromanages work. It is clear that he has had this company for quite awhile and it hasn't grown and flourished due to his inability to manage and retain talent. It is not clear what value his company adds to its clients at this point. This is not a good place to start out as a young professional both in terms of culture and opportunity for growth
