      Pros

      GK is a good place to work. On the whole there is a good work balance, culture and we have had some fun socials. The 2 hour policy is a great perk. Line Managers are approachable and listen.

      Cons

      The office is messy and could so with some tiding up. A lick of paint would go a long way. Technology in the office could be improved, more laptops would be welcomed.

      Lots of good ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit - there is a sense of momentum and the team is hungry.

      Cons

      Lack of attention to detail, a slapdash approach to management and real suspicion around any attempt to think strategically or systematically.
