NIGHTMARE - Anonymous employee GLOSSYBOX Employee Review

Constant drama, zero training across all teams, UNDERPAID EMPLOYEES, employees were constantly setup for failure, favoritism only for the teachers pets, verbal and emotional abuse. You would get an love you one minute and the next, you’re being spoken about to other employees. Treated like complete incompetent fools with zero respect or regard for employees. The worst part was, when you think you really hate working here, it’s your birthday and you get a cake with a card and management thinks that’s something we should be utterly grateful for. As if a cake is making up for my hardship.
