      Pros

      Love the benefits. Excellent time off. Immediately get 4 days off floating, earn 8 hours off month after 1 year get 1 week of pto. Employees are welcoming. Travel to work is great.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. Others companies are offering $17 while you start off at $13.50. You can do the same job, however one manager can stop your advancement based her opinion and not your ability. I seen one girl denied career advancement 3xs and once she got a new TL she applied again and got the position. No consistancy some managers are good while others micro manage. Which isnt good causes division and not equal opportunities. I loved the job. But cant survive on the pay

      Pros

      I'm a senior-level software engineer, previously worked at tech companies, and this job is relatively easy for me. No on-call, work-life balance is good. I usually get everything done within 2-week sprints.

      Cons

      GMF is the true definition of work hard, not smart. There are so many dumb engineers. There was a time I had to work with non-technical teams like prod support, and it was quite frustrating. They wanted my team to build an automation so they didn't have to work manually as if anything is possible and there is no limitation within the company. I didn't even create a backlog item as it was a waste of time.
