      Seniors are quite busy, not very accomodating for student interns without work experience.

      Careless to existing projects - No response to customer's inquiries. Lacks of manpower to handle numerous projects No over-time compensation!!! - require employees to work over-time with no allowance / compensation leave. Poor attitude towards employees and customers
