      There were some nice people.

      Cons

      Don’t expect any consistency or communications from directors. No clear direction whatsoever. They’ll make sudden changes with no communication. Commission structure changes every few months, they’ll make any excuse not to pay you your commissions.

      Pros

      Very attractive pay structure, great help from sales leaders across different levels. You can walk in and talk to the senior management anytime without worrying about pay levels Much better sales culture compared with other big brands.

      No wfh allowed since 2023
