Pros

Hybrid setup—you’ll appreciate it, especially if you prefer to avoid constant interaction with the all-knowing boss.

Cons

The owner presents himself as all-knowing and is often dismissive of others’ ideas and opinions. Constructive feedback or encouragement is rare; instead, criticism is frequent, and employees are left to figure things out on their own. There is little sense of mentorship or team spirit—staff are treated strictly as employees, with no feeling of belonging or support. Favoritism is evident, especially among those close to management, and office politics are widespread. The focus is solely on clients and revenue, with little recognition for employee contributions. HR lacks effectiveness, is often late, and does not communicate well or drive innovation. Overall, the company culture feels toxic and unsupportive, making it difficult to thrive beyond simply collecting a paycheck. In my experience, this has been one of the most challenging advertising agency environments to work in.

Pros

To be clear, the company is not perfect. There are definitely frustrating moments and some processes could be better. Anyone saying it’s all smooth sailing is probably being a bit generous. That said, some of the complaints here feel a little incomplete. For example, the comments about not receiving back pay. What usually gets left out is the clearance process. If there are still unliquidated items, unfinished handovers, or pending accountabilities, of course the final pay takes longer. That’s not exactly a mysterious or unusual policy. Also, let’s be honest about another thing that happens in many workplaces. Some people interview extremely well, talk a big game, and then… the performance doesn’t quite match the presentation. Every company has a few of those. So yes, the company has its flaws. I’ve been annoyed at times too. But reading some reviews here, you’d think certain people were flawless employees who were simply victims of the universe. Reality is usually a little more balanced than that.

Cons

I’m honestly reading the reviews here for entertainment.
