      The work environment is supportive and we have great camaraderie as a team and we all look up to our managers. I feel like I'm really making a difference to people's events which feels great.

      Cons

      Challenging situations are difficult to deal with but it is always a learning experience.

      Pros

      Staff and work atmosphere are very enjoyable, its truly a fun place to work. I like that management advances employees. Employees here have no glass ceiling.

      Work life balance is manageable (although work hard and stay late) and great benefits package.

      High quality standards mean you have to be on your game all the time.
