Here is the truth - I love the challenge! I love the competitiveness of the industry! I love working remote from home! I love the earning potential! I have always been an amazing sales person and this job challenges my abilities everyday as I get to contact and call Commercial Real Estate Professionals and Business owners in every state of the country! Biggest Pros: Company Integrity - they do EXACTLY what they say. Remote self management - I am given a goal and I work on my own to achieve my goals. Earning Potential - It's up to me to build my pipeline and hit my earning potential. Great hours - work 5 days a week. weekends off. All Holidays off.

There are no Cons with this company - it is exactly what they say.... Perhaps you don't like working on your own - they are a remote company and you work from your home unsupervised.... maybe you want to be told what to do all day long? Well they don't do that. They leave you alone to produce without telling you what to do - I've seen many fail - but it's NOT the company's fault - the company gives you the tools to succeed - you just have to do it. Nothing is handed to you - they support you - but you need to work.
