      Pros

      very little micromanaging, and you can get your work done at a reasonable pace

      Cons

      It feels like a family business at times, and be very passive-aggressive. Training can also improve. It also didn't look like there was much room for progression as a designer there, and if you wanted to move up, you would have to move to another part of the business
