- there are some managers who truly care about employees, customers, and prospects, - some positions have the option of working remotely - quarterly, in-person meetings for face-to-face time with peers
Cons
- leadership does not put employees first - remote workers are not trusted to get their work done - micromanaging - leadership does not welcome new ideas - leadership does not like to be corrected when mistakes are made - poor benefits - no reimbursement of any "work from home" expenses, such as internet, cell phone... - leadership expects immediate responses to communications, even when employees are officially on PTO or when it's outside normal business hours (including the weekend) - the product was developed from old technology and the UI and functionality are uninspiring at best
