- The company absolutely do not know what to do with the business - Massive staff reductions followed the transition to new management - Noticeable redistribution of workload toward junior staff, often without adequate support or role alignment. - Responsibilities and workload have increased substantially without corresponding compensation or role adjustments - A lot of empty promises about career progression - Shifting into unknown goals
