- Great leadership looking to help their employees with professional and personal issues - Comfortable work environment with climate-controlled building, background music - Great communication from superiors and peers, along with other departments within designated area.

- Pay was a bit lower than expected

-Fast paced, engineers deal with sales team and customers on a regular basis trying to get solutions. -A lot of hands on experience as an Engineer, such as testing and building motors -Leadership is very approachable and humble. The president always helps clean after company BBQ for instance. -Donuts day!

-Not a large company, so not a whole lot of growth opportunity. But if you are okay with that, it is a great place to work!
