I have the freedom to research, test, and deploy solutions that directly improve our operational efficiency without being micromanaged. The company truly values self-directed learning, allowing me to take on complex projects that have significantly expanded my technical skill set. Beyond the work itself, the culture is incredibly welcoming. The team enjoys great catered lunches and frequent after-work activities, which makes for a cohesive and friendly environment.

The company is experiencing a period of rapid expansion into larger government contracts. This growth has outpaced some existing internal processes, leading to some organizational growing pains that are currently being addressed as we scale.
