      Professionally, this organization follows some of the best practices both in terms of working and employee care. It is one of the companies one may think of retiring from.

      Cons

      Changes take a bit of time, and things may be frustratingly slow. It has a bit of catch up to do in terms of technology adoption. But the conservative methods have worked for the company so far, hence cannot really complain.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.
