Pros
Improving the quality of peoples lives by producing world class pharmaceuticals allowing them to do more, feel better and live longer
Cons
Some of the tasks can be laborious and repetitive while others can be very stressful. In my opinion there is very little training with limited progression opportunities. Operators become pigeon holed into doing one task all the time unless your face fits. Blue eyed boy syndrome is prevalent throughout the factory.
