Pros

An executive committee that is willing to listen with a real focus on developing leadership Great opportunities for learning both interpersonal and functional skills Wide window of opportunity for career advancement Consistent focus on promoting an open, transparent and fun culture Amazing CEO in Andrew Witty who is very inspiring and clearly an industry visionary

Cons

Mid-level management can be very autocratic and don't have the skills they need to deliver A massive number of leadership teams with a confusing structure. It can take ages to get things done Lots of bad press which is sometimes rather difficult to stomach (bribery, corruption etc.) on a personal level If you are not part of the 'cool kids' club you tend to be left out pretty easily
