Cons

No transparency in senior appointments; no development opportunities for BAME employees; white privilege exists right across the organisation and they make the decision; discrimination and harassment of BAME employees which cannot be proven; white cartel which protect each other in senior and upper tier of management; shocking stories of bullying and exploitation of BAME staff; HR serve the white managers; BAME staff voiceless and powerless to air concerns as HR will never defend them

Cons

Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
