Pros
Strong product pipeline and good people although the experience is being lost with no succession planning
Cons
Corporate re-organisation has been handled very badly and people have been treated appallingly. Management are deluding themselves into thinking it is going well as decisions and timelines are baffling staff. Senior management appear to be trying to clone the organisation into a stepford type operation of international under 35 year olds and lose all the people with experience.
