Still a few outstanding people left in the business although there are fewer and fewer, best talent leaves the sinking ship.
Cons
Leadership is too weak and needs to hide behind external consultants for any major decision. As a result, the decisions are made based on what keeps the consultants busy and rich rather that what the organization needs.
