      Benefits package is really great

      Management seems to be more about how they can promote themselves then in providing opportunities/advancements for others. An entire site is treated like a red-headed step-child because they were once 'the other company' even though the merger was almost 14 years ago.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.
