Pros

Good benefits If you have a good manager can be a good place to learn and work on interesting projects and with smart people

Cons

Very few promotions even for high performers, more likely to hire a less experienced person from outside than promote internally Upper management is almost always British Positive or neg experience largely based on good or bad manager. I’ve seen an increasing number of bad abusive managers in recent years and the company are slow to address issues until many leave a group.

Pros

Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

Cons

This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
