No Direction- Poor Leadership- Forced Ranking System -Poor Morale - Anonymous employee GSK Employee Review

Human Resources is running this company. They're making decisions on how the science should be done and by whom. Management grumbles privately but follows along. I've personally heard several VPs express concern about how HR is running the company but nothing changes. The employees are demotivated and are constantly being kicked before recovering from last insult. Good business people don't necessarily make good scientific decisions and good scientists don't necessarily make good business decisions. The 2015 Employee Survey reflects all of these points.
