There is a persistent blame culture where individuals are held accountable instead of addressing underlying process failures. Current site leadership demonstrates high drive but low emotional intelligence, creating a toxic and unsupportive working environment. While upcoming redundancies may be used to excuse this atmosphere, it’s important to note that these issues were present well before the current restructuring.
