      benefits package up to standard.

      Cons

      Leadership is misaligned, toxic and often out of touch with reality, no clear sponsorship or accountability. Rampant ghost jobs that never get filled or vanish mid-process. Culture of favoritism and exclusion; bias are common and often brushed aside even if formally escalated. High turnover among capable employees.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.

      Slow, too much processes and paperwork, company wants to accelerate, but current processes makes it impossible to accelerate.
