Pros

•Pretty good benefits •Company as a whole has great opportunities •Some awesome Technicians to work with •The clients we support can be great to help and assist •Performance bonuses •They do try to do little company events as well •They offer little incentives to try and motivate you

Cons

•If you are not one of the favorite technicians.......... Good luck. •No flexibility with scheduling whatsoever •If you have been here longer than other techs it doesn't matter if the manager likes you, you will take precedence over the more experienced technicians •It's all about Numbers, as far as overall employee well being it does not matter. And in past experience, Happy employees equals a great return. •If you don't make good numbers, everyone will know because you will be discuss with the favorites. •Low moral

Pros

Great launching point into a tech career. Lots of IT issues to get involved in and learn. You work purely with city employees so you can gain many big connections into government IT.

Cons

Not much teaching, You get thrown into it all.
