Managers are personable but don't care other than the trending bottom line. Whatever is the highest consensus is the only priority. During other times "we know" was unknown what is was that is consensus policy. They did see through a lot of Malarky that is going around in warehousing but have an attitude of dismissal (unjustly to misappropriately). Peak pay and incentive pay is not available that had been for the last two years to the current employees. They seemed to be putting out mass quantities of high priced items and easily could afford profit sharing with employees which is becoming a standard practice with high revenue generating business warehouses.
