They make you take your breaks at the same time every day and this was only set in an underhanded sense- not briefed out to staff, not done by all managers, not done by any other shifts. Communication between managers, team leaders and staff is not strong, abuse of power in some team leaders against people they don't like (e.g lessening job rotation for people they dont like). Managers also do not want to deal with team leaders that overstep their authority or treat staff like dirt.
