They offer fitness programs that include incentives, free health evaluations yearly with prize giveaways, conduct annual awards ceremonies using hilarious character themes. Gables also hosts quarterly events just for employees by shutting down offices for a day of fun and entertainment to show their appreciation. Community service events are held yearly by helping the less fortunate renovate their homes. The CEO of the company even participates and climbs ladders to paint and get dirty!
