Pros
Family atmosphere, free lunch and food always available. Great learning opportunity for someone who is a new graduate with little to no experience working in a lab. Fun holiday party and festivities along with comradery among coworkers.
Cons
Not many. I was hired as a college student and left before I graduated to go to grad school, so I couldn't tell you how different the pay is for a full time college graduate, but it is a small company so I would imagine it is on the lower end, especially if you live in the city.
