Boss pretends to be good at you once she needs you. Pretends to be good person.

The boss does not know how digital works, pretends she knows and humiliates people, like devil wears prada type. This is not a good company to work on. When they need you boss will be good and all, but after you finish the project , boss gets what she wants, she abandons you treats you like sht. Thats how bad it is. People there leaves everytime. And they dont even know that there is something wrong with the way they run the company. I really dont recommend working here, ask everyone who worked and left the company , it has notorious reputation when it comes to working with them.

Flexible time for Designer. Working atmosphere is nice. Boss are close to the employee. Employees have respect to each other. Manageable workloads.

Some work in Designer part is quite light so sometimes you will get bored. But it is also time to explore and learn new things.
