      Pros

      Full time work from home. And the mission is amazing. It's really unfortunate the place has such a bad vibe.

      Cons

      The leadership here is honestly awful. Jeff the CEO is so out of touch and really only cares about how he comes off to the "little people", not about how they actually feel. I was honestly scared ALL THE TIME. And people around me were being let go left and right. I didn't have any support in learning what was required of me, just that I had to figure it out. Which is really hard when you're remote. I was doomed to fail from the beginning.

      Pros

      - save student lives! - fully remote work; they send you what you need to succeed - quality coworkers - flexible pto (this is mostly an attention grab for applicants, proceed with caution)

      Cons

      - Pay is well below market value and lowest at the company. Most analysts have side hustles to survive. - Constant surveillance on your work - Not a ton of growth to come from this role. - Constant management changes & fairly high turnover drives some aspects of overall departmental culture.
