Pros
The work environment is super laid back (some people don't wear shoes around the office ...kinda weird) and there are generally good people there. Very nice perks like a gorgeous office park, gym, organic cafe on-site with pretty reasonably priced options, benefits include massages, etc
Cons
The company definitely had its "hey day" back when eco and green were new to most consumers. Now that many many other companies are on the bandwagon, Gaiam is struggling to keep their competitive advantage up in the world of Luluemon, etc. I worked on the digital side and the confusion was just as bad. There was a lack of cohesiveness for the product and the potential consumer that led many employees to ask "what are we doing here?" which is the worst.
