Toxic and simply awful - Anonymous employee Galvan London Employee Review

Where do I even begin… the most toxic place I’ve ever worked at. Management is absolutely awful, with zero empathy or flexibility. Everyone is so unhappy it’s painful to watch, more than 15 people left in less than half a year and all for the same reason: Galvan has no culture, is owned by people who have no clue what it’s like to work, and is managed by incompetent people with no values. I experienced severe anxiety having to work with and for these people. Do not work for Galvan if you care about your health, your personal time & life.
