Over the last two years we have improved our IT support in partnership with an external provider to ensure all equipment is fully operational and any challenges quickly resolved via a Helpdesk. We've also invested in expanding our HR provision to ensure we can manage all queries and challenges easily along with updated process, policy and procedures so ensure we've got consistency across the organisation.
