Exciting opportunity, great culture - Anonymous employee Gamalon Employee Review

The company makes you feel like you're welcome and part of the team from the first day. Everyone is helpful, willing to go out of their way to help you and really brings you into the Gamalon family. They have full company-wide meetings each week where everyone from the CEO down is invited. Not only is everyone invited, but employees of all levels are asked and encouraged to participate, share thoughts (and people actually want to hear what you have to say!) This embodies the company at Gamalon. I was only with Gamalon for a short time (temp assignment) but I can't recommend the company highly enough. In in addition to being wonderful people, they are truly transforming the A.I. customer experience and I believe that in the near future we will all know Gamalon's name as they continue to grow. Gamalon also offers an incredible work-life balance with flexibility. The expectation is you get your work done, you work hard, but they understand that people are humans and have lives outside of work.

In my personal experience, I didn't have any cons working at Gamalon.

Any time there was a problem, everyone there was extremely solution oriented and never focused on blame. Everyone was very generous with their time in helping each other out, but most of the people I worked with are no longer there CEO was a very capable salesman, kept the ship afloat during difficult times Leadership was very attentive to needs and generally had good communication around career growth and upward mobility

Company was very technology driven rather than customer driven. They had AI tech they wanted to use but could t find a good use case for it.
