free lunches every week, popcorn machine, nice break room with another room with tv's and game systems to hang out on breaks. free snacks, gatorade, amazing ice machine (SONIC ICE FTW), board game library you can borrow games, decent discount on TCGs and games. SOooo much less stress than any job i've had and most everyone is really fun to work with. xMas parties have been awesome. they seem to treat us well. oh, and benefits are decent and cheap.
Cons
working in the heat during texas summers sux but they have huge fans which helps. we get a longer paid break than i've had anywhere else so that helps too. pay didnt start out the best but its decent now.
