Amazing culture. Great engineering team that cares for your success and progression. Blaine was an amazing CEO. Just a dude who you can ask anything about.

Low pay with no benefits but understandable since I was only part-time

-You will learn quickly out of necessity. -Get to work on a lot of different things at once -Some coworkers and managers are very nice to work with -Pretty flexible with work schedule and remote work

-Not much room for growth -CEO will constantly be promising new benefits like personal development reimbursements but will get rid of these within the month -Goals and priorities are constantly changing -If you are a software developer you absolutely will be crunching for at least a couple months during the year -Be careful taking some of your "unlimited vacation" as they might lay you off a couple days into it
