Pros
The development cycles are short (in theory, helps provide more variety), the hours are flexible, the health benefits are very good
Cons
Short development cycles (in practice, stressful due to length, and very redundant as you continue on the same IPs), rushed deadlines, nonexistent efforts to show employee appreciation, invisible upper management most of the time, not much value is placed on each individuals' expertise and experience during production
