      Testers and Developers are young and fresh, supportive and fun.

      Cons

      Poor salary compare to the market High turn-over rate No respect to local culture No growing opportunity Exploit employees Micro Management Dictatorship No process in place, when it has, no one follow. People get fired because of manager faults.
