Cons
- Will have you work other types of positions like Waiter, Game Counter, etc. - Revolving door in every department. Including Management positions. - It was more of a seasonal position to help the blow of work load from the main coordinator that has two locations but doesn't work Sat or Sun when most events happen. - Communication was not always there and would not try and go over notes. - Managers would be bothered by you asking for help and belittle you behind your back. - They did not favor giving a day off or shortening a day and would need to make it up to be always 40hrs. Also would be mad when you stay and help when there is much need for help but it goes over an hr or two. Though they needed the help and also asked. Very hypercritical.
