Pros
Having worked in sports and entertainment previously, I can safely say that Gametime is ahead of the game (pun intended) when it comes to making sure their employees are taken care of. Very fair pay, 100% company paid benefits, 2 weeks vacation, stock options, and other added perks as well. This company knows they need to keep progressing ahead of their competitors and work tirelessly to do so. The management team and supervisors do a great job of assisting their subordinates when it is needed. Overall, the company works as a team with team goals as opposed to individual ones. The company is very transparent in its operations and goals with all employees so you always have a sense of whats going on. The product itself really is a game changer in the ticket industry and is truly unrivaled when it comes to the purchasing experience. This is just a testament to the dedication the team at Gametime has in regards to continuing to grow and expand into the market. If you enjoy fast-paced work, a new experience every day and are sports/customer service minded, this is the place for you.
Cons
The biggest con is more of a catch 22. You do work with a lot of remote colleagues and in office colleagues who may choose to work from home which can make communication difficult at times. However, this is also a pro because you can almost go anywhere in the world and still be able to complete your work. No company matching for 401k
