      Pros

      There is a long list of pro's but I'll keep it to the important ones: - Work life balance: The work life balance is really great at this company and the respect they have towards their employees is awesome. - Team: The team is really fun and everyone is cheerful and welcoming. - Process: Their process is set and really well done. All of the equipment and the planning is really well thought out.

      Timely salaries Not many real pros to consider

      Cons

      Egomaniacal management Work breaks only allowed in certain depts. Favouritism Fixed login time Very narrow scope of work but high expectations from employees. A gaming studio but very fond of corporate culture.

      Minimal micromanagement Lots of creative freedom

      Cons

      Barely any communication; you have to take multiple shots in the dark to see if anything lands Inconsistent practices and standards, one task something might be good but the next it will not
