There are no Pros to working in this place. You are fulfilling the CEOs power fantasy and slaving away at their passion project. Just google Gamucatex on youtube and learn more about their exploitation and extorting.

The CEO is an egotistical, self absorbed loser. They believe they know better than just about anyoneone at the company regardless of said persons achievements, education or specialities. They will extort you for everything that they can. Honestly I am surprised they are still "functioning" as a company and getting away with the things that are. They like to pretend to be a virtuous company and a champion of inclusivity and equality but that’s just the CEO exerting more of they're power over the company turning it into some safe haven for themself and no one else. I have heard so many braindead comments from them regarding others cultures. If you're black don't be surprised if they would ask "Do you like fried chicken?" because I have heard verbatim comments regarding things associated with other cultures. They are completely tone deaf but will always make themselves out to be the victim if you bring up just about any issue. The guilt tripping and gaslighting is on another level and I highly recommend anyone in the future to stay away from this place.

It's a remote position, so no expenses for the job (transportation, etc.)

The answer I got when I asked questions are usually passive-agressive, I don't see a clear goal for the game since we keep reworking old works from former employee, the direction given for my task is unclear, too many meetings in a week that took hours, too many accounts used in one app which is very inefficient.
